# Most of the lyrics in his songs and music videos are inaccurate.
#* In the Inside Out 2 song, he named one of the emotions "Boredom" instead of Ennui.
#* In the Battle For Dream Island song, Teardrop sings despite the fact that she never speaks in the series.
# Speaking of his lyrics, they usually begin with "I am [character]", "my name is [character]", "this is the [subject] song", "Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've been waiting for, the best [media] song ever", and in all of his [character] x [character] songs, "[character]? Yes [character]? I don’t know if I can survive in [location] alone". The lyrics are notoriously repetitive, repeating the character or media's name multiple times throughout.
# His earlier music videos contained content that was by other people and didn't credit them.
# In his newer music videos, the animation and art is really poor, and some of the characters in his music videos don't match the design of the original characters, an example of this is Joy from Inside Out. She does not wear shoes in the movies.
#* In addition to the animation, most of the time the characters sway side to side in a loop with no change whatsoever. Other times they are seen running or fighting each other.
#* The worst offender of this is the Shelly x Vee song, with compressed backgrounds that look like they were taken off of Google Images and stilted animation between Shelly and Vee.
#* One of his songs under BENJIx, Low Budget Love used AI for the music video and the single cover.
#* Any of his music videos with lyrics syncing to the song are either inaccurate and/or off-beat.
#* There are characters that do not belong in the music video related to the subject, such as Shin Sonic being in a Sprunki music video.
# His songs are usually ridiculously short, lasting less than a couple of minutes.
# The formatting of his songs are almost always the same, usually chorus, verse (usually him rapping) and the chorus again.
# He made a song against his haters called Catnap's Got My Back, which means he can't take criticism. It doesn't help that most of the comments in his videos are negative.
#* To make matters worse, he filed a false copyright strike against OGLofi just for criticizing his songs and music videos, which FURTHER proves that he can't take even the slightest form of criticism.

# While he has stated that the songs on the BENJIxScarlett channel are meant to be jokes, people have not taken him seriously as seen in the comment section of his videos, which are negative most of the time.
# His voice isn't that charismatic, and can sometimes get onto the listener's nerves in some songs. When he raps, he sounds bored.
## In Catnap's Got My Back, his rapping sounds annoying as he supposedly tries his hands at scream rapping in a vein similar to 6ix9ine.
# Sometimes, he doesn't sing in his own songs. He has had others sing his songs, but none of their names are credited, with exceptions. Some of the voices that have sung his songs can be annoying. It is possible that the voices in some of his songs might be AI-generated.
# He is highly litigious, denying any access of any of his videos from any web browser. As a result, many people who attempt to play his videos on other web browsers besides YouTube will instead receive an error message, saying that the uploader has disabled video playback on other web browsers and that they have to watch it on YouTube instead.
