The UTTP (UTube Troll Police for short) is a criminal (previously trolling) organization that is notorious for attacking YouTubers, usually by making comments on their videos with offensive or hurtful language. They are also notorious for committing crimes, such as doxing. The UTTP's roots likely date back to at least to the mid-late 2000s, though they are still active today. While originally a simple trolling group to attack users of the Vyond/GoAnimate community, they have evolved into a criminal organization notorious for promoting CSAM, doxing, and animal abuse. Ever since around 2023, the UTTP bot problem has started to appear, and as of 2025, the group is still active today. The UTTP is mostly active on YouTube and Discord, though they have spread to other platforms as well, including Roblox, DeviantArt, Google+, (which used to be a common place for UTTP members prior to it's shutdown in 2019) and many others.

Why They Are Underaged Toddlers Trolling People Indeed

1. To obviously start off, they are criminals notorious for promoting hurtful, offensive, dangerous, and unsafe behavior, as they comment on videos of YouTubers, and attack them with offensive comments, such as using offensive slurs and language, making illegal threats to commit crimes, and even going as far to promote CSAM, murder, doxing, swatting, hacking, and animal abuse<ref>https://youtube.com/watch?v=k4WZGBQeHPs</ref><ref name=":0">The UTTP's Darkest Chapter Yet</ref><ref>NEW Gooseworx vs UTTP Drama is Actually Dangerous...</ref>, six very serious crimes that can lead into felony charges.
   • Not only that, sometimes, these comments can even appear on videos of users that are minors, which adds more salt to the wound.
   • Also, the UTTP has connections to multiple other criminal groups, most notably the 764, a group of terrorists.<ref name=":0" />
2. They are also infamous for causing cases of false raids and swatting in real life. Many incidents in recent years, such as Parlo's false arrest for child sexual abuse, have connections to the UTTP, as this particular incident was done by two people who used to be UTTP members in the past<ref name=":2">Roblox YouTuber Parlo Arrest Situation Got WORSE..</ref>.
3. They also tend to raid Discord servers and spam them with inappropriate material, that itself is against Discord's Terms of Service<ref>The Internet's WORST "Online Trolls" - UTTP</ref>.
4. They disrespect content creators (regardless if they're alive or not), including Zack D. Films, SMG4, PewDiePie, Parlo, Danno Cal Drawings, and many others.
5. Hypocrisy: Despite their name suggesting they may be a anti-trolling organization, they are the exact opposite of that, rather a hateful, illegal criminal group spreading crimes.
6. They are also controversial for promoting illegal content on the Internet<ref name=":1">The UTTP is Collapsing.</ref>, such as Daisy's Destruction^{[citation needed]} and even photos of dead animals<ref>The Return of YouTube’s "WORST" Online Trolls (UTTP Exposed)</ref>.
7. There are even plenty of other groups made to be with and allies of the UTTP, most notably the YFGA, ZNTP, THDTC, and VGCP (though it was originally an UTTP enemy, it has turned into an ally). This makes the problem even worse than what you might expect.
8. The UTTP are also notorious for spreading false information about people and even going as far to ruin their lives, most notably, Parlo and AntiTroll<ref name=":2" /><ref>Goodbye Parlo..</ref><ref>https://www.youtube.com/shorts/wjV8O2nZ-9s?feature=share</ref>.
9. As a result of their destructive and totally disgusting behavior, many groups had been founded to oppose the UTTP, most notably the AUTTP (lead by AntiTroll) and the UTTD. Furthermore, their bot problem is only getting worse over time rather than better.

Redeeming Qualities

NOTE: We aren't trying to defend the UTTP's behavior through this section.

1. The UTTP themselves, while still bad, was the least abysmal back when it was a trolling group prior to 2023, since at least they didn't spread hateful comments that promoted illegal crimes and morally wrong behavior.
2. YouTube has at least taken some steps to try to decrease the problem, as many bots that have been made to report UTTP members to YouTube have been created, although the problem still persists today.
3. Many UTTP servers on Discord have either been taken down, or are inactive.<ref name=":1" />

Trivia

• It is unclear how the problem began and how these accounts started spreading. One common theory is that the bots are scripted by codes and made to spread these deplorable material on YouTube videos. Others point out that the bots are repeatedly created hand-by-hand from multiple people that are part of the UTTP.
• The UTTP's officer symbol (and primary image) actually originates from a 2005 clipart stock photo titled "Police man ganson". However, it is rumored by some people that the clipart itself was based on a character from the 1970 animated film "The Phantom Tollbooth", Officer Short Shrift<ref>UTTP LORE EXPLAINED IN 10 MINUTES - YouTube</ref>.
• It is believed that the UTTP was founded by someone named Tommy Parky, though the existence of this person is debated, as some people say that Parky was a real person, while others say Parky wasn't a real person.
