YouTube Roleplayers are YouTubers (especially in the Gacha/Nintendo community) roleplaying, whether it is fictional characters or themselves.
Why They Shouldn't Roleplay Anymore
[edit | edit source]- They clog comment sections.
- It can cause people to roleplay love letters and act lovey-dovey to underage people. This occurred once with a YouTuber called Bryan (Tom_the_Star) and qualifies as grooming children.
- Even worse, some of the users defended him, and also harassed Chronic999 and MarioFan947.
- Users can take it too far and roleplay/be attracted with fictional characters, which is fictophilla.
- This can destroy/ruin an original series that features the characters the users are attracted to.
- When rolplaying users have a bad day, they can feel the need to share it to everyone.
- When they find someone speaking out against roleplaying they shame them by making a community post on them or bashing their opinions, calling them jerks.
- They can also comment hate comments.
- They complain about themselves getting in drama, but they start the drama.
- They can get users in trouble and attack users over a roleplaying mistake.
- They can also believe fake YouTube rumors spread by themselves and overreact over a YouTube glitch and hate on days.
- Some of them have online brothers/sisters.
- They are the main reason why the YouTube community posts are abused nowadays.
- They can also roleplay at vent posts of all places.
- For some reason, they hate when a Luigi toy gets cut off by CakeHoarder.
