William Edward "Bill" Atchison(March 18, 1996 - December 7, 2017), better known online as Vance Stone(And by his /user/ handle, Barajara), was a YouTuber who is known for the 2017 Aztec High School Shooting, where he would kill 2 people before committing suicide. He also had a history of making YouTube videos that involved incoherent but controversial content, and was known to be one of Encyclopedia Dramatica's most notable administrators.

Warning! William Atchison is an edgelord who is known for uploading videos on YouTube that contain incoherent or offensive content, idolizing mass shooters, being a possible pedophile(As Encyclopedia Dramatica also has users who are known to be child predators), uploading videos that simulate mass shootings, having a history of talking about mass shootings, etc. Due to how controversial(And possibly disturbing) the nature of his online activity is, no redeeming qualities are allowed on this page. If you add any redeeming qualities to the page, they will be reverted for glorifying mass shootings and edgelord behaviour.

1.    • Around the same year, one of his neighbours accused him of abusing his pet dogs by shooting at them with his airsoft guns, and he threatened to shoot his neighbour's husband for finding Cannabis in his house.
2. His YouTube career is often incoherent, but disturbing. Usually, his videos consist of bigoted content, supporting infamous figures like Alex Jones or Donald Trump, racist memes, idolizing mass shooters, and videos with inappropriate or offensive titles.<ref>https://archive.org/details/FutureOfTheVanceStoneChannel</ref>
   • He idolized mass shooters like Adam Lanza, Seung-Hui Cho, Elliot Rodger, and Jeffrey Weise.
   • His last videos are borderline Islamophobic, because they show a GTA 4 mod that involves Jihadism.
   • He constantly talks about the Columbine Shooting and the Virginia Tech Shooting.
   • His video titled "Response to my haters" proves he can't handle being criticized for the content he makes on YouTube.
   • Some of his videos involve Satanism, including a video where he allegedly supports Charles Manson.
   • A few of his videos only read Jews or Nazis, proving he is an anti-semite.
3. He created Bob 2.0, which is an account impersonating Carter Boyles' YouTube Username, Bob8466.
   • He also created a YouTube account that impersonated Seung Hui Cho.

5. When he became an administrator on Encyclopedia Dramatica, he would impersonate US politician Al Gore(Whose full name is Albert Arnold Gore Jr), and idolize mass shooters like Anders Breivik on the website.    • Funnily enough, he was also friends with them on Steam before they died in 2016.
6. On December 7, 2017, at 8:04 a.m., Atchison entered Aztec High School to kill a student in the school's bathroom, before exiting the bathroom to kill another student.
