DJ Cook (born: November 25, 2002 [age 23]), formerly known as Kodak wK, is an American YouTuber who makes commentary on YouTubers which he deems as bad. He does this as part of a campaign he calls "clean up YouTube" where he critiques the channels and videos in his videos. He once made Fortnite videos before quitting the game later.

Why He Does Not Clean Up YouTube

  1. The main problem with him is that he just calls these Youtubers out and he doesn't really do anything to stop them and when he messages them, it most of the time backfires.
  2. He has a big ego as he claims his videos are better than other exposing videos.
  3. He faked the Dominic Schmidt video as he said no to him when asked to do a video with him but still did it and that Dominic Schmidt is an actor.
  4. He claims Chamello using multiple people in his videos his lazy even though there are plenty of channels that are run by multiple people like Watchmojo and Smosh the latter which he covered on his channel
  5. He's a massive hypocrite, especially on his second channel.
    • He claims to hate bad Youtubers fake videos and does clickbait, but he does just about that by faking comments and even his own videos at times, such as claiming to stop Doal only to leave him up.
    • He hates over the top clickbait thumbnails but does the exact same thing on his other channels
    • His utterly embarrassing video with Adrian Watts where he wore diapers in public with him which goes against the kind of content he hates.
    • He claims Ninja has a big ego despite having a ego himself.
    • He claims to hate shorts but continuously milks them like crazy.
  6. Most of the Youtubers he covers aren't even that bad and he never covers Youtubers who've done serious crimes. They're just clickbait or engagement bait channels which can be found all over the platform. He did cover an animal abuser channel even then but couldn't stop him.
    • In his loudest Youtuber video, he doesn't bring up Eystreem's allegations at all and also featured him despite not screaming at all in recent videos.
  7. He had been sponsored by Established Titles which is a dangerous sponsor and a scam. Despite getting rid of the sponsor part, he still kept the link to the sponsor. He was also sponsored Opera GX which is about the same as Established Titles. He still kept it despite his dangers.
  8. He thinks Morgz is worse than Daddyofive simply because of his clickbait and over the top thumbnails even though Daddyofive was clearly worse for child abuse.
  9. He says that he got to talk Spyder and ask her if she changed her content, but she made no such comment about changing her content whatsoever.
  10. His detective DJ persona is so laughable at best as he tries to point out the obvious when used.
  11. He has not uploaded to his main channel since late 2024 and is now consistently focusing on his second channel, Djlovesturbo which is worse than this one.
  12. Most of the videos on DJLovesTurbo is just him reacting to specific Youtubers, especially children and a lot of the time, he just reacts to it and calls them out. As said before, These Youtubers aren't too bad at times and though he doesn't try to expose them, he can be critical about a lot of these channels.
  13. He can't take criticism and milks videos of his haters even though they're either hating him for fun or are just trying to find attention.
  14. He doxxed the school of the Youtuber Yourlocaldjcookhater which is illegal and somewhat dangerous too.
  15. He can overreact at times in a lot of the videos he watches.
  16. His Are You Ugly series where he makes fun of and bullies children for how they look when they call him ugly which is against Youtube's guidelines.
  17. He had three videos of his deleted for harassment and he tried to justify it for stupid reasons. Even when one of his "best videos" got taken down, it didn't help that he tried to justify that as well by saying he was just reacting despite the video having graphic content in it.
  18. He targets disabled or special needs people at times as he called someone a backroooms monster.
  19. He calls every foreign language he sees Spanish and doesn't seem to realize other languages exist too.
  20. For his fanart videos, he blocks anyone whose fanart is the worst he's seen which is stupid since some aren't that good at drawing or are just doing this for fun and he should at least nice to them.
  21. He made multiple videos on 67 just because it got annoying for him and he couldn't stand seeing it in his comments like you could have just ignored them instead of complaining over and over.
  22. He threw a tantrum over people saying his pfp looks like anime and says he hates anime for being weird even though every type of media has every right to be weird. He also appears to hold a grudge towards fans of it for being weirdos though not all of them are treated as such. He's also a hypocrite here since he used Saitama who's an anime character in one of his older videos.
  23. Some of his videos may have channels with content that his inappropriate for his child audience. He also made a video of someone making poop video which is disgusting to watch.
  24. When he covered Nikocado Avocado, his thumbnail featured him and another guy kissing which had him use a censored middle finger. This makes him homophobic in that sense. The video was then deleted by him.
  25. His DJLovesReacting his channel is just awful and pointless since DJLovesTurbo is already a react channel and some of them even have the type of thumbnails that he calls out.
  26. Overall, he mainly focuses on reacting to other Youtubers and doesn't clean up YouTube by exposing bad Youtubers since he has abandoned his main channel and has become a repetitive content farm that is different from what he once did which makes him feel ironic in that sense at what he's become.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. At least he tries to talk to the Youtubers and talk to them why they're doing this and tell if they can improve their content and change up for the better.
  2. His Fortnite, though repetitive, were better than what he does now.
  3. Some of his older videos were pretty good.
  4. His gaming channel is also somewhat good despite the over the top thumbnails
  5. He has a life advice channel which can be helpful to some people who follow him.
