SAO Hater
SAO Hater (Formerly known as Sword Artist) is a commentary channel known for making videos on the light novel and anime series, Sword Art Online. He was once a fan and defender of it but then went as far as to continuously hating and bashing it.
Why He Sucks
- He continuously bashes Sword Art Online to no end and holds a grudge against anyone who likes it.
- Most of his videos are the same as it's just him claiming that some random anime or movie is better than SAO, though they have nothing in common. He'll also talk about how bad SAO or it's fans are as well. The thumbnails are the same with a lot of them using Kirito, Asuna, or Alice with the words SAO sucks.
- Speaking of videos, they're all the same with him starting off by saying SAO is the worst anime while praising the media he thinks is better. He also adds a lot of unnecessary stuff like trivia or facts about it just to make the video longer than it should be, even explaining the plot of the media he thinks is better. Sometimes, he barely talks about SAO in the video and may go off topic when he does a video bashing it.
- He also treats panned movies like Morbius as better than SAO which is just stupid.
- He also thinks SAO is worse than Boku No Pico of all things. How can an anime that focuses on a gaming world about swords be worse than an anime that involves child pedophilia? Sure that SAO had assault scenes, but they're not worse than Boku No Pico.
- He keeps changing voice in between his videos, usually going with an AI or text to speech voice rather than his real voice. Speaking of AI, a lot of his videos now use AI thumbnails and images. They also look like they're written by AI too.
- His analyses on why SAO sucks are just dumb most of the time. While there are some legit takes, a lot of them is just him saying the same criticisms that have been repeated a lot.
- He shows no respect to SAO fans and looks up to those who hate it or once liked it since they realized how bad it is. While they have their reasons to not like it, not all of them hate or think it's bad to begin with.
- Though he once liked it and said good things about it, he doesn't say anything good about it now and just bashes on it for the sake of bashing and says some stupid things about it sometimes. Despite this, he still chose to speak about some SAO trivia which isn't something a hater would do.
- He is so ignorant towards the flaws of the media he praises and just tries to make it look perfect to justify his hate for SAO.
- It's 2026 and he's still making the same videos hating on SAO to no end. Either whoever's behind this channel hates the show with their life or is a troll seeking attention by hating on it.
Redeeming Qualities
- He was a better channel when he was Sword Artist where he defended SAO , but that's not saying much since he made a videos like debunking Mother's Basement's takes on the SAO movie.
- He does try to point out the good and bad in SAO, but despite this, he's turned into a nonstop hate channel for the show.
- His video on MMORPGS similar to SAO is interesting to say the least, though it's private now.
