Why His Videos Got Pirated

[edit | edit source]
  1. Quantity over quality: For starters, the main problem is that since 2021, this channel is known for milking television anti-piracy screens a lot, and during that time period, even overshadowed his older videos, to the point of being the channel's main focus.
    1. Additionally, they also tend to be very repetitive, as they just use they same template over and over again, which can be boring after a while.
    2. He even made anti-piracy screens of ironically-enough, free-to-air channels (e.g. Televisión Nacional de Chile), although this can be justified, as the description can state about the victim living in a country or city in which the channel is not available in (e.g. until 2011, Chilevisión was unavailable in Easter Island, and Televisión Nacional de Chile is only available free-to-air in Chile, with an international signal named "TV Chile" being available through cable and satellite in various countries).
  2. In his TV fanmades (especially anti-piracy screens), on kids channels, he put stuff not appropriate for little kids, such as blood, jumpscares, some swearing (e.g. "cagar", meaing "to shit") and some very scary music.
    1. Notoriously, his 2009 anti-piracy screen for Discovery Kids got age-restricted, and because he was only 12 at the time, he made a version with green blood, and the "blood" on future anti-piracy screens became either green, or just unrelated red shapes (e.g. explosions and circles).
    2. In his Cartoonito anti-piracy screens, the jumpscares firstly consist of creepypasta version of logos, only to conclude with a mix of screamers from various videos (previously seen in a 2020 anti-piracy screen for Televisión Nacional de Chile), except that this time it was additionally mixed with (thankfully censored) NSFW fanart out of Hebereke!
    3. And to matters even worse, starting with their 2009 Nickelodeon anti-piracy screen, he added jumpscares with rapidly flashing lights, which can therefore harm epileptic people, and to worsen things a lot, he didn't even put a seizure waring!
    4. And even then, his attempts to make "very scary" anti-piracy screens tend to fail, as they tend to be poorly made.
    5. This can be justified however, due to YouTube's infamous COPPA update.
  3. His web series, The COPPApocalypse, is infamous for having a poorly-made excuse plot, as well as being made simply because two of his videos got COPPA-mislabeled, which shows how he can't handle things that YouTube typically does.
    1. Its first and only finished episode, The lost dog of our childhood, at first shows Doki, Doraemon and Pablo being arrested by the COPPA police, which sounds like a good episode plot at first, but it then goes to the characters just doing stuff in Doki's house, and Wagyan is just seen using Doki's computer playing Saltando con Doki, whereas the rest of the characters are just talking about the house.
      1. And speaking about that web series, it got dubbed into various languages, but the problem is that they tend to use machine translation, which resulted in some mistakes.
        1. The Italian dub is a very ironic example, since Luciano is of Italian ancestry, although he didn't realize it until 2024, so that's at least justifiable.
        2. There's also the Brazilian Portuguese dub, and the fact that it was machine-translated it also ironic, given that for a Spanish speaker like Luciano, Portuguese is somewhat easy to learn.
        3. But perhaps the worst offender is the European Spanish dub, as it is full of slang terms that might be considered offensive, such as "chichi para los farolillos", with "chichi" being a slang term for penis, therefore making it
    2. And speaking about COPPA, after his video of Doraemon hacking Discovery Kids got affected, he literally just abandoned his entire channel and privated all of his videos except the abandoning notice, as well as livestreams, even though it was just one video that got affected! Fortunately, he returned two days later with all of the privated videos made public again and uploading a censored version of the affected video just to avoid another mislabeling.
  4. He is also unable to take criticism, as when his livestream Buscando lost media #2 got dislike-bombed, he started to scream like Kevin from Home Alone and shouted about abandoning his YouTube livestreaming career!
    1. After he got exposed for said livestream on late January 2022, he started counterattacking and despite being autistic himself in real life, started using the infamous "autism is a disease" excuse for his immaturity! This later led to him moving to his new YouTube channel after someone ranted on him, although he still makes videos for the old channel in a few rare cases, mainly for April Fools and Día de los Inocentes.
      1. And speaking about that rant (which is now deleted), Luciano even told people to spam "Ñ" in that video's comment section, even though it not only harms the rant's creators, but that letter even exists in some English words, such as "Piñata"!
    2. And before being exposed, Luciano also got into some hot water after seeing someone bash on his opinion, which at first sounds like a good idea on paper, had he just blocked the opinion basher rather than telling people about the case, even mentioning the user by name, which can lead to cyberbullying!
    3. And when YouTube infamously removed dislikes, he outright returned to making livestreams, even though dislikes are very important when it comes to feedback, as well as helping the user learn and improve in future videos, not to mention his livestreams tend to be very long, even lasting for over 10 hours in a few cases! Although nevertheless, said return didn't last that long, as he cancelled it after YouTube disabled comments on his Windows XP destruction stream.
  5. He notoriously made videos of channels hacking each other, even though a proper signal hijacking can be very difficult and would requiere very expensive equipment. Similarly, he also made anti-piracy screens for channels made before VHS or Betamax was a thing, and therefore the description claims that it was recorded on older formats, which in comparison are even more expensive and therefore very rarely used by consumers.
  6. For some reason, on his TV fanmades (including his anti-piracy screens, ironically enough), he used songs from third-party sources such as video games, which in real life would lead to the network being sued, additionally due to what is mentioned in WHVGP#2.
